Refund policy

If for any reason you like to return the products you ordered, you can within 30 days of the date of purchase. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage, and email the photo to our team (glow@facialnova.com). Please include a description of the damaged item, along with your order number. Once we receive your email and have assessed the damage, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
